Mediocre. After several attempts I decided to approve the work because there are no refunds. it’s possible my standards are too high but I feel they lack creativity & diversity in bathroom design. I had to guide & direct them even after the initial questionnaire...but this is not my field of expertise, that is the purpose of me reaching out to them

The client did not collaborate with us, she does not know what she wants, she used strong words towards us as professions and our work. We offered different proposals and his answer was simply rude without any collaboration.

We hired 6 designers including marielandsteph for our project and provided them all the same information. Overall, the price for this design was the highest but the quality of the experience was the poorest and delivery time the slowest (11 days compared to 3-6 days by others). The design quality was 4th best of 6 so it was an OK design. This particular designer required me to provide extreme levels of detail to get it right, didn't follow directions and provided examples, and left design elements in weird places. This required many back-and-forth interactions to get it right, and that was frustrating. Overall, it wasn't a great or easy experience (relatively) and it wasn't worth the price.
