I am expert in 3d modeling with 3d rendering with VRAY and Enscape. It will take 1-3 days maximum depending on size of the project. The price is for the other rooms except the Kitchen & Bathroom. Need 2d drawings and the color/texture of the walls and furniture samples.

My offer to you is to render your Architectural project with lumion 11 and gave you shots and facades with right environmental for your building also adding people and cars to achieve the reality .. then make a 60 sec video iclude movement of people and cars .. that's will be very great and help you to convince your client .. you must know that I have tried to add some examples from my work but the files is so big and can't be added
