I am currently a full-time freelance Xactimate estimator / Insurance estimator, assisting organizations in creating profitable, accurate material take off or cost estimates of property damage, mitigation and build back. I have experience creating cost or material estimates to address damage from wind, hail, water, fire, smoke, and mold. This includes demolition, dry out, contents and structure cleaning, reconstruction, pack-outs, laundry, and more. I create these estimates remotely based on the information my customers provide me, including scope notes, sketches, photographs, and videos. I am also familiar with Matterport, CompanyCam, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other trending software. I have my own Xactimate subscription and I am ready to work.
