I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and 3 years of experience in digital modelling and drafting. I have specialized in 3D building modelling and 2D drafting, product modelling and realistic rendering. 



I WILL:

• Model into 3D your floor plan(s) from your CAD drawing, PDF, image files or even sketches.
• Apply materials according to your preferences.
• Create an environment or context for your building according to your site location, CAD drawings, reference images or sketches.
• Render realistic 3D images with materials and textures according to your preferences and/or reference images from views or angles you approve.

YOU SHOULD PROVIDE:

• Floor plan(s).

• Roof plan(s) and elevation(s) if available or necessary.

• Reference images (for materials, site environment or context, furniture and any other applicable area).

PLEASE NOTE:

• Source files are provided in SketchUp(.skp) format but can also be converted into .obj,.stl,.3ds,.fbx and ,dwg. 
• Reference images you provide helps me better understand your ideas to be able to deliver to your satisfaction. A comprehensive description can be provided if reference images are unavailable.
