This gig will provide you a permit single drawing or a construction document drawing very high details. The drawing could be used to permit any new addition or a proposed building. Good for small, large projects, converting garage to ADU, or adding a JADU to your home. Also, if you need an as-built floor plan or make your sketch come to live this gig would be the best choice for you.

All drawings will have the necessary information and to scale on the city's required sheet size.

For permit Drawings, I only accept projects located in the United States.

I DO NOT offer any stamps for either architectural or structural.
