I will create rendered images that will emulate real-life architectural physical models, whether you want them to be made from wood, plywood, cardboard, plastic, or even paper. These are great for first client meetings or your studio discussions because you can show them the main shape and elements of your project without having to decide on materials and finishes yet, or even as a canvas to work on and define them. Being an architect, I am very keen on details and consider every rendered image to be picture-perfect, just like a physical model should be!
The prices listed are for exterior scenes (like the example ones) which provide the most "real-life model" look. For the basic and standard packages, 3D modelling is not included. It must be provided by the client. If you don't have a 3D model, I can do it for you. Please check my premium package and don't forget to provide an AutoCAD file in order to do the 3D model.
I only accept models in SketchUp (2021 or older), and Revit (2020 or older) format.
If you need 3D source file, please ask me and I shall include it in the custom offer, without lights, materials or render settings.
