Seller's Response:

Seller was required for Residential floorplans, plus elevations and 3Ds. All were delivered, however there were some basic/common sense design aspects that we had to pick up and correct, despite information and brief having been provided. That said the seller worked well with us as we had new dimensions come into the property once we had access to the property, and they were flexible to this. Altogether, happy with all deliveries for what was required.

Some of the dimensions provided did not add up and this caused some back and forth but everything was good at the end.

Structural Design And Analysis Of Pre Fab Steel Structure

About:

I am a Structural Engineer by profession. I have analyzed and designed more than 150 projects and have a lot of experience in modelling, analyzing and designing of Pre Fabricated Steel Structures.

I will do analysis and design of your buildings according to the architectural requirements, by using state of the art software, following the standards and codes (AISC, ASCE, UBC, IBC, ACI etc.), and giving you the complete package of your building which includes 3D model of building, calculations, weight of primary and secondary components of steel building and final report. Providing you the optimal solution and communicate with you to answer your quarries.

The projects which I do consists of large scale warehouses, multipurpose hall, residential buildings, crane sheds, hospital buildings, commercial buildings, steel roofs, mezzanine floors and platforms. I design these buildings on Sap2000 and ETABs and, use RAM connection to design complex base plates and connections. Apart from that, I have prepared multiple design reports of different projects.
