THIS GIG INCLUDES:
- I will create a 3D model based on your 2D floor plan (as JPG or PDF, incl. dimensions)
- I will furnish your floor plan with sample furnishings in your desired style incl. some decoration (like plants, wall images etc.) to create a great atmosphere
- I consider desired materials and textures
- basic & standard package: I deliver 1 rendering; in the premium package I provide 2 renderings of the same floor from 2 different perspectives
- Price per floor
- for a very large extensive floor plan the price may vary
- For commercial use

- For proper project understanding and to provide me the details (like floor plans, sketches, example images, your deadline etc.)
